Tremont Scoops is one of the cooler and best ice cream places in Cleveland. The decor is a mix of ice cream parlor and funky, which is appropriate for Tremont. The Ice Cream is home made and very good.
I had the Chocolate Darkness and the Salted Carmel Truffle; both were creamy and flavorful. The Chocolate was deep and rich with chunks of chocolate, the Carmel Truffle is a very nice Vanilla Ice Cream laced with a sweet caramel swirl and chocolate truffles.
The flavor variety is good, but mostly straighforward; they do offer some vegan and lactose free options.
If you are looking for some very good ice cream Scoops is a good choice, especially if you are in Tremont and want something sweet.
