My daughter got school pictures taken at school without any information to place an order until afterwards, then I ordered online and received confirmation. After a few weeks and no pictures I emailed them and asked about the order. I received a reply stating there was an error with the system and my order has been recorded. I responded asking when to expect delivery, and told 1-2weeks. Well it's been 16 days and no photos. I called and was told the system shows in progress and after holding I was told they will reprint my order, I asked how long? I was told a few days to a week. They had no certain answer to why this happened and no offers to fix it. It doesn't seem this business has their ducks in a row. Make sure with dealing with them you stay on top of your order.
