AcroBody is a great space for almost anything acroyoga and acrobatic related, with nice wall-to-wall matted flooring, high ceilings, and mirrors. The schedule is well-organized, with a great mix of different levels of acroyoga classes, plus conditioning, stretching, handstands, and more. Seems very friendly to many levels of practitioners, including absolute beginners. Plus, the owner Patrick, is incredibly friendly and helpful! What more could you want?
