Neat spa, conveniently located in Old Montreal. So you can rest your bones after a day of sightseeing.
The steam, sauna, relaxation areas were good.
There are no meals offered, only snacks available for purchase. The staff suggested we eat something substantial before we enter the spa.
It's much smaller than the flagship spa in Whistler (which is outdoors in the mountains, more spread out and breathtakingly picturesque)
Our massages were good and refreshing. The masseuses were pleasant.
