My apologies to the hard working baristas in this coffee shop located in the Venetian at the convention center, as it is not your fault that I give this rating. My drink was superb. My rating and complaint is for the man in the navy blue suit whom I assume is the manager. Sir, it is very inappropriate for you to yell at your employees at all, let alone while the poor lady was in the middle of making beverages . Shame on you. I have never in my life seen such a horrible scene, and I have seen a few negative things in my day. I could feel the shame you made her feel as well as the other employees that decided to walk away from your fowl mouth and bad intentions. I am appalled. I am so sad that this prestigious casino would have someone so cruel working in management! I will be making a formal complaint.
