Well, I'm definitely a fan of this store. I'd put off going in here for a long time since I thought Petsmart had a better selection and better prices... but after a few irritating trips up and down the mess known as the North Prospect area, I figured it couldn't hurt to check out this place. Kirby and Duncan rarely seems as busy though the County Market complex where this is located can have a bit of traffic, but there's always been enough parking whenever I've went on different days and different times.
And as for the store itself... I'm impressed! Now I regret not going in here before - I try to make sure my pets get as much of the good stuff as I can afford on my budget, so I was excited to see their preferred litter is cheaper here than at Petsmart. I'm also really stoked to see that they carry Orijen as I was ordering it online before and now I can just pop in to pick up a bag when I need it! They also have a huge range of products for every price range for pretty much all pets and a decent selection of wild bird supplies when I peeked down that aisle briefly.
I signed up for their rewards program since I figured why not, and even though I only signed up a couple months ago I've gotten emails for numerous $5 off coupons. In addition to that there are usually sales on various products where you get $x amount off for using your card, so I can save pretty regularly that way too.
The staff has always been very polite every time I've gone in and answered any questions I have. I believe you can also drop off donations for Catsnap (animal rescue group) here as well. All in all, I'm glad I finally stopped in and I'll definitely be coming here instead of Petsmart from now on.
