I have lived here eight years. I have no intention of moving anytime soon. Kara, Cody and Megan and all the staff want you to be happy in your home. the staff is very approachable. It's a big complex, so if your maintenance request isn't an emergency it may take a couple days, but everything is fixed right. There is a 24 hr. pool, hot tub and gym. There is also basketball, tennis and even badminton. Let's face it bad things happen in apartments. Water leak, roaches. It's all about how the management handles them. I can honestly say all my issues have been more than resolved. Let me give you an example. My tub was plugged maintenance came to fix it. They noticed my tub had rust stains they resurfaced it. I didn't ask them to do that they volunteered. Consider this, the people who write these negative reviews probably were evicted for not paying rent or violating the community rules. Like I said I have been here eight years. In that time my carpet has been replaced twice. The location is great !! A WalMart and Fry's across the street. Close to P.V. mall and Desert Ridge. It's location is a relatively safe area and there is courtesy patrol at night to keep an eye on the place. If you are a responsible human being you can't go wrong here.
