Emerald Pools was sent out to look at our pool heater by our warranty company. After reading the yelp reviews I was skeptical, but thought I would give them a chance. Donnie was the technician and he diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. He went out to the truck for the sensor and installed. Another sensor was out in the main controller which the warranty didn't cover, but it was a $100 fix. He even adjusted one of the valves that affected the water level in the spa that we have been having issues with since March. We haven't had any issues since the fix and I will definitely keep their number and ask for Donnie if we have any other issues. You the man Donnie!
