I am not local to this dealership, but arranged the purchase of a car through email and phone calls. My funds to complete the purchase were pre-approved. The dealer had the car in stock-it did not involve a dealer trade. After agreeing on a price AND giving them all of my information such as drivers license copy, insurance information, SSN and more, I never heard back. I called and emailed several times. No replies to calls, (each went to voice mail), no replies to emails, nada, zero, nothing for 5 days. I finally gave up. If you can't make the deal, JUST LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW!!!!
