How many people does it take to make 1 crepe? All of them (3) plus the boss looking over their shoulder.
It took about half hour for our crepe to be made.
There were only 2 orders in and ours was the first one.
We had the nutella + marscapone, added fresh strawberries and ordered a large pistachio gelato to have with it. It was about $18 or so for this.
Illy inside Palazzo cost about the same.
It was served on a disposable plate...which I didn't expect.
I felt bad for the girls who had their order in after us...they waited a super long time.
The workers seem a bit slow and inexperienced with crepe making.
Looked like they were training the new employees when they get orders...which is not the best thing to do.
Either way, it has a cute setup and I'm glad there's another option for dessert than the normal cookies and cakes.
Hope they get their act together.
