SUMMARY: eeek -- The rudest of the Heinen's locations. FULL STORY: Had been a fan of Heinen's for a while -- especially the downtown location. While this Green Road one might be larger, I've seen some pretty rude interactions with staff and customers... and then unfortunately became the recipient of the same rudeness myself recently. What's with the snapping at and condescending to customers!? The staff / manager at Green Road seems uncharacteristic of the "friendly" quality I used to associate with the chain. Parking lot (much like the Rocky River one) feels like an accident waiting to happen. I'm sure they had a plan with all the weird one-ways... but it never goes smoothly. Prices are jacked up like most of the locations, but I used to tolerate that at times for the selection... But now, after being treated like an idiot for asking a straightforward question (30 min till closing time! apparently a bother!) I'm more than happy to take my family's shopping list elsewhere.
