I was told on Tuesday that Dr. Ferrera was good with Great Danes. I called immediately and was given an appointment for the next day. SCORE! My plan was to bring my crippled boy. However, an hour before the appointment, my big girls foot started to swell. I called in a panic, and they said"no problem, bring her along." SCORE! After diagnosing Margarets foot problem, we moved onto my 154 pound boy that can't get up. I am still amazed. They got him up on an xray table and got a perfect xray without even upsetting him! No drugs either! Even better, Dr. Ferrera wasn't flummoxed like my last vet, and told me that he sees a lot of this. I wish I had met him a year ago when this all started! We have a new vet! Dr. Ferrera gets 5 stars and his unbelievably gentle staff get 10 stars for treating my giant dogs as if they were made of delicate porcelain! Now, if only they could wave a magic wand and fix my boy... :(
