I had a specific product in mind, dog melatonin treats, which had not been available at two other pet supply stores. I stopped here before giving up and this store had it. In addition, as I entered the store, I was greeted and the person who greeted me knew where the product could be found. The price was a little high but it was for sale and I got good service. Fortunately, I read the negative reviews after my visit. I saw all of the positives and none of the negatives in the reviews of the last year.
