I booked through book my vacay for a stay during the super bowl. The location was just as described, and in the condition shown in the photos. Upon arrival, we found keys, WiFi codes, suggestions, and instructions. I did, at one point in time have an issue with the company and Elizabeth called me to resolve my issue. This is extremely important to me. Sometimes while vacationing things do not always go so smooth or as expected, and it was nice that Elizabeth was able to keep my thoughts on my vacation and stay with them positive.
