An other jiffy lube location for me to review, I did a road trip from Chicago to Chandler Arizona . Before I left Arizona I decided to pull my car to this location and it was a bad mistake , 30 min wait for a tire check and to fill the washer fluid . I also ask them to check the spare tire before I come in, And I noticed that they never check it . 2 guys that come after me for oil change got outta there quicker then me .
The assistant Manager name Jason had a poor coustumer service skills and dint even call me by my name , because he was to lazy to check the computer.
I don't know what's going on with jiffy lube now in days , people usually come to this places so they can have fast quality service. And the big avantage of check your tires or refill your washer fluid every where you go. But if I'm going to be treated poorly and wait 30 min every time I want to check my tires .
I think it's not worth it . And it's better to change your oil elsewhere and check your own Damm tires and washer fluid.
