Let me start off by saying I haven't lived here. But I have toured this place. The woman at the front desk was definitely not great. She was way too quiet, almost barely understandable, and she seemed pretty indifferent. Finally when we actually took the tour of the apartment she opened the door and just stood there. My husband and I felt uncomfortable because usually tour guides at apartment complexes walk you though the apartment and explain things. But like I said, she just stood there. Based on other ratings this place seems pretty bad, but on top of that the customer service we received was poor.
