Be informed and get a second opinion. I've had a Jekyll and Hyde experience with this shop. Had brakes replaced a couple of years ago and had a good experience, fair price and good work. Last week I took the same vehicle in because I was having issues with the brakes I had replaced here a couple of years ago. Totally different experience. I was over quoted by $400. I had the work completed at a great, trusted local repair shop instead. There were a couple of issues that these guys got right on the quote, but they added $400 of unnecessary work to the quote. This franchise has lost my business for good.
