Good- for what it is.
I think most disappointed reviewers are expecting authentic bibimbap- which is super flavorful with unique textural elements from the hot stone bowl... I know that's what I was hoping for based on the name... Instead, this place is what many people have referred to as the Korean chipotle....
You don't go to Chipotle looking for authentic Mexican food... similarly, this place won't feed your cravings for authentic Korean cuisine. But it's all right for what it is: a quick bowl of Korean-ish style food.
Does anybody know of a place to get delicious authentic bibimbap around here?? I'm still looking.
