One cleaner was fabulous - Amelia - otherwise I tried twice and the second time refused to pay. Came home to find my baseboards, cabinets, shelves and walls as dirty as I had left them. Eight hours worth of cleaning for about 3 hours worth of results. When I called to complain, I was told the same people could be sent back "if they had time" to fix it. I asked if they could send someone else, since the original cleaners did a bad job, and was told no.
Also, they used up an almost full roll of my paper towels, when the service is meant to "bring their own supplies" so this doesn't happen.
