We flew our 19 year old to Chicago Midway and purchased a ticket on Illini Shuttle for our son to ride to UIUC on the 9:30 pm bus. The shuttle never came! Our son was stranded at the Midway airport. We don't know anyone in Chicago so it was a cluster trying to book a last minute hotel and make other transportation arrangements for him from Texas. This happened on a Friday night and the answering machine for Illini Shuttle said to call back when they open .... On Monday morning! Never again!!!
