Man oh man!
So my wife won a week long trip to Las Vegas from The Price Is Right, along with several other trips that all included water. We currently live in California, but since we were gonna be in Las Vegas for a week and a week is a long time in Vegas; we decided to get our open water certification while in the desert. Scott was very accommodating for our days as this is a decently lengthy process. We scheduled 4 consecutive days to do class work, pool work, open water 1-2 and open water 3-4, all morning appointments. We did the class work, check! the next morning drive out to Henderson did our pool session and skills, then immediately after the diving my wife got sick. If you don't know, you can't dive congested, and she was very congested within hours. So Scott suggested I not continue without her and he refunded the last two days. She slowly got better while still in town but not enough to fit in any more diving. Once back in CA. We found that it was not only much more expensive but also CA dive instructors weren't chomping to take us on as students to finish where we left off with Scott. After discussing it further I decided to contact Scott and ask if we could come back and finish up with him. He immediately made room to get us finished before our next TPIR trip and didn't price gouge me like these CA folks were. He listens very well to your needs and took us to great places to help us get used to what diving is all about and I have to say it's a fun and social activity! Getting my open water is going to add years of fun activities at almost any vacation spot here and abroad. It's very addictive and well worth the investment. DO IT!! And do it here. I'm gonna come back one day for advance diver and I'm going to get my brother out there to do his open water with Scott. Do hesitate choosing Scott for your diving needs.
