It's crazy to see how much year hear all the time about first impression. We came in yesterday on Valentine's Day, and the service that we received was really disappointing. From the moment I sat down it all started. The server was rushing and I could tell he was upset about something and he was making it seem as if he didn't care. I kept repeating my orders, I wasn't sure how the sangria came and I sensed an attitude when I asked, and after saying thank you he walked away silent. What in the world? So I asked the server if he was having a bad day because if so I would rather not eat there. He apologized and said no. But once you have received that apology it just seems that now it's not genuine service. I literally went next door to see if they had availability and they didn't. With that being said I decided to stay. Service cleaned up but it really put a damper on a special occasion. The food is for the 2 stars, it's still really great food, but I believe food taste better once everything flows unexpectedly better then you would expect. And after spending a good chunk of money, I asked my wife if we would ever go back, and the answer was no. How embarrassing... Ironic that we eat everywhere to eat, and this was the one we were saving for that special occasion. It went from my top 5 to not wanting to go there again. And I leave my previous review to show the difference in how much a place can change. Omg this place is incredible! I have been to the top places on the strip from Guy Savoys spot, to Twist, Shawns place (Sage @ Aria) and his has to be my favorite spot! The environment is chilled, relaxed, cool calm and collective! Man the service was ridiculously amazing and we celebrated our anniversary and they defiantly made me know they cared!
