This Chipotle is new but after three visits I've noticed two things. The employees are horrible. They carry on personal conversations on the line and have the worst customer service. Secondly, the line is always nasty and full of fallen food particles. It has never been clean every time I have visited. Other Chipotles I've visited are sure to have someone do a line wipe to clean up all the food items. I asked the girl for extra rice and you would think I asked her to pay my car note. If it's extra I will pay for it. I don't need you to tell me I can't have extra rice. I have it three tries but I will continue to drive to university for better customer service that I'm used to. Most Chipotles have the "Chic Fil A" service but this one is more like a McDonalds and that's being nice.
