This review has nothing to do with the food. We have eaten at Famous Dave's in the past and was very pleased. However, we stopped by for lunch and had our dog with us. I politely asked the Hostess if the patio was dog friendly for a well trained dog. She asked the bartender who said no....only Service Dogs. The patio is huge and no one was out there. I think this is the first patio at a restaurant that we have been denied and IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY. For that, Famous Dave's, you get 1 star. Red Robin across the street gladly accommodated us.
