I am a loyal customer because of its convenient location from my home. Don't always expect much from car dealerships, to be quite honest, but my last experience here was great!
Donuts are free so is coffee and iced green/black tea. Every time I've been in the cafe, the cashier is pretty nice and easygoing.
Depending on what you go in for, you should totally take advantage of their free shuttle service. They will drop you off and pick you up once your car is ready.
Hector, my service guy, was as easygoing as I could hope for in a car dealership. He didn't push me to do anything extra after I had already said no to what he recommended. I appreciated and respected him a lot for that along with his honesty unlike some of the other guys I've had to deal with here.
Anyway, the last day I went... pretty sure it was Memorial Day weekend and there were two food trucks for customers. The nice shuttle driver got me a voucher to get some tacos from the truck. Food always makes me happier and I think the people I dealt with that day just seemed like they weren't pushing me to do anything I didn't want to do and were just decent, normal human beings. I will continue to come here and would recommend to other people based mostly on its convenience.
