came in and had concern about vibration on my vehicle, they convinced me that my wheels were bent, so I got new set of wheels, but later on I found out the truth that it's normal for performance tire during winter that it will throws off the balance a bit before the tire can warm up...ouch, I agree I should have done more study...but shouldn't anyone worked at tire shop knows about this? also, one of the technician slash my tire from inside as he's putting new tires on my wheel(he also had trouble getting tire on my wheel when I watched from the window), the reason why I know they destroyed my tire was because few days later, I got this bubble formed outside of my new tire and the tire guy told me he found a cut from inside the tire, needless to say, it wasn't covered under warranty, but luckily I talked the tire place out of it and got refund back.....they have good customer service though... but sadly I will not go back because quality of service isn't really good.
