First off, I was a little bummed when I heard that Bloom was closing, but then I was excited when I read about this new restaurant. Wine is always a plus! Positives: -Great steak with chimichurri (sp?) on the Restaurant Week menu. -Nice serving sizes - not too huge, not chintzy -Loved the veggie & hummus flat bread from the RW menu -Incredibly attentive busboys and runners - Almost liked them better than our server... Negatives: -Bored/Apathetic waitress - as soon as we said the majority of the table was ordering off the RW menu her whole demeanor changed. She didn't seem to care that we were there or how our experience was. Like I said before, the busboys and runners were more attentive and helpful -As people mentioned before, the menus were a little off putting, but that's not really a determining factor in my review I don't know if we would return, it was just an "eh" experience. A server can make or break an experience and in this case I would say that Cask 63 isn't worth the drive or the money for another try.
