I am all about customer service!
I am really irritated with this place right now. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because I did like their pedicures.
I went to my 3:30 appointment that I called and made 2 days ago. She tells me I don't have an appointment, yeah I called and made it the other day, then she proceeds to tell me... "my girl put your number in wrong and so I cancelled your appointment"... Seriously? YOU GUYS mess up and then cancel me?? Maybe if you weren't in such a rush when I called to schedule, and by the way I tried to say I wanted a pedicure too, but you hung up on me before I could even get that out. So I ask if anyone can do them and she just says no! I just stood there because I was shocked at how she was treating me like I am the one who messed up, then she says "you can come back at 6pm". No thank you. Went to another salon. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and a pedicure every 3-4 weeks. Guess my business wasn't good enough.
