I carry AAA and as an AAA shop, I enjoy a discount. For anything longer than an oil change, they provide free transportation back to my home, and pick me up when the work is done.
I recently had a problem with my dashboard media center lights. Together we worked it out that my recently purchased (online) Dashmat didn't come with a hole punched in it for the daylight automatic light sensor--which I couldn't see from inside the car. Eureka! I just punched a hole where it was needed and all is well.
They take the time, have the equipment and experience, and charge fair prices as well.
