I like this bath and body very much. They split their store apart, one half for bath and one half for body. Usually you see it mixed together. I like this concept, because i usually go to BBW for the room fresheners. However, the stores are usually overwhelming with the scent of hand lotions and bath salts. Which makes it hard sometimes to get a confident taste of a product. this BBW was very clean and well maintained. All the shelves and displays were full and organized. Their employees are definitely not lazy, not to mention there was always someone near by to help us, and greet us with a smile. Excellent Customer Service here.
