Love this place. They are a sister restaurant to The Tea Garden in Minneapolis. Since Tea Garden basically fueled my college degree, I missed it when I moved away after graduation. Once I got back to Madison and discovered this place, I immediately fell in love.
The bubble tea is pretty good. Can't comment on authenticity, but it tastes good. Usually get flavored chai with bubbles. They will put bubbles in hot tea as well. I also get a bunch of their loose leaf tea to drink at my desk. They are always pretty friendly and have good service.
