Probably the best experience I have had with any service company ever. I submitted a warranty claim for a clogged drain and the first company they sent had no idea what they were doing. So I requested a second company and they sent Joe Streckfuss Plumbing. The experience was unbelievable. The plumber was a Army vet, was on time, had a terrific personality, had outstanding manners and it was clear he loved his job. The first time he wasn't able to get it cleared with the equipment he had, but rather than give up like the first company, he said he'd come back the next day and try again. And indeed he did. Before he started he even explained how he thought he would fix it - essentially he spent time the night before coming up with ideas of how he would fix my drain issue and it worked. He fixed the problem quickly! I even had another plumbing job I needed done unrelated to this so I asked his opinion on it and he was very clear on how he would fix that issue when I decide to hire someone for that project.
