this was the worst experience I have ever had at a starbucks and let me tell you why so I went early one morning so I could enjoy my coffee before work but no. I understand that it was busy but here are some things I noticed the blonde woman with glasses and braid I think her name was sally or sarah not sure but she was talking to a customer to the side and it was busy you would think all the employees would be working no she was just chit chatting away while the other employees were busy and another thing was I had to repeat my drink about three times to the young lady at the register with the dark hair and the staff still managed to make my drink wrong. My coffee did taste burnt and it was just gross I did want to speak to a manager but by that time I was almost running late to work how ironic that I woke up early to have my coffee and enjoy it and I could not. I hope they fix this problem. If I could give zero stars I would.
