Greyhound is full of disrespectful employees, who seem to have no respect for their customers. To get any respect is rare. They tend to act as if it's a personal favor to go above the bare minimum amount of customer service. I have had a slightly above average experience with a few employees. One of which admitted that the greyhound staff was full of less than friendly people. Particularly would like to shout out your Phoenix terminal. They're all very rude. I'm a very easy going guy and when you piss me off I won't forget it! Because it doesn't happen often at all. Just wanted to take some time out of my day to give these guys the single gold sticker they deserve. Whoever runs this ship. Pull your head out of your ***. Thanks. :)
