The worst customer service and horrific maintenance . I have gone 5 days without a kitchen faucet and over 9 days without lights being fixed. This is the second time major issues have been wrong with my apartment and the second time that it takes an abnormal amount of time to resolve. Everyday I call I get the same answer, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow..Funny tomorrow never comes and instead I have a kitchen faucet I cant use and lights that are out. (I could change them myself however I was told its not recommended since if there is any issues that arise I would be held liable) Definitely won't be renewing me lease...
