When I first moved here it was good for awhile. Then time went by and I started to realize all the flaws. Things I never thought would happen, happened. It once rained and leaked into our apartment so we called the maintenence man and when he came over all he said was "Just leave it, it's only water. It will dry". I also had a lot of problems with the washer and dryers. Half the time they were broken and would take my money. The other half of the time they didn't work very well. Now the my biggest problem, their service and manners. I don't remember them being so rude before I leased the apartment but after that, all manners went out the window (although there was a black lady that was always very polite). If you need help over the phone it is even worse. My advice would be to just not do it. My friend lived at Veletta a little over a block away that was about the same price range and his complex was much nicer. Just an idea..
