This company is fantastic....both the quality of the cleaning and the professionalism and integrity of the admin! We were in a huge bind, having arrived at our new rental house (from out of town), to find it had not been cleaned by the previous tenants or landlady. Our cars were loaded with stuff and our moving truck was arriving 2 days later, so we were in a bind to find a cleaning service asap. Michelle was the first company to respond to our inquiries and was able to fit us in the very next day. We were concerned about cost as well, and we were able to provide our budget and priorities and they worked with us to ensure that we didn't go over. A team of 2 arrived and the woman, especially (can't recall her name) was incredible...very detail oriented and extremely friendly and patient with us (since we were freaked out about the filth of the place). The products used were natural which left the house smelling fresh and clean but not full of chemicals, which was a bonus! Once the cleaning was completed, Michelle spent almost an hour chatting with us about Charlotte, since we were new to town...above and beyond what was expected. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were such a pleasure to work with!
