I'm a bit disappointed in the communication with the job. The pricing was fair, but when I called to confirm my stump removal (after they removed the tree), I was told it was the next day (on Saturday). Friday afternoon arrived, and I received a call to confirm that the crew would be there between 7am and 9am. After 10am I called to see where the crew was and was told that they were not working and would be there on Monday between 7:30am and 9am. I was also told I would get a 10% discount on the stump removal. The crew arrived on time on Monday, but when they charged my card for the 2nd half, it was for the full price. I had to contact them to find out why they did not give the 10% discount. They simply said it was an oversight and would refund my card in 7-10 days.
