Worst HVAC company, hands down. We purchase a new Standard Pacific home in Queen Creek. Everything about this house is flawless except for the air conditioning and heating system. Our AC was out during the summer for 4 nights as Chas Roberts claimed to be so overwhelmed with service calls. During the summer, with a brand new warrantied system. A fan motor ended up being burned out. Two weeks later the same thing. Burned out fan motor. The technician mentioned it was a shitty motor from China as if that would improve the situation. Glad to know they purchase lousy parts. Anyway, it's now December and we go to run our heating system and guess what!? A BURNED OUT FAN MOTOR! I'm incredibly disappointed in their service and installation quality and it's extremely unfortunate that they're our warrantied HVAC contractor. Call any other contractor. Call a mechanic or a even gynecologist. They'll be more help.
