After dealing with my truck being stuck in the soft shoulder off of Kyle Canyon Road for 2 hours dealing with other tow companies who refused to come I had no cell phone service but the man Bill who answered my call after being patched through to them by 911, he knew exactly where I was and sent Leon out. Leon showed up and took good care of me. Got my truck out and freed within minutes of arrival. He was fast and super friendly I'd recommend them to anyone.
