The apartment itself is quite nice. The property management company is abysmal. Between losing my paperwork before I moved in, losing my packages, not letting us know when we have mail, maintenance barging in without knocking, the broken irrigation system (which causes water to pool in low areas and attract mosquitos and also causes the dog park to be completely soaked and essentially unusable most of the day), the scorpion infestation, the roaches running around from the sewer drains, and the fact that they haven't managed to make progress in any of these areas, I am DREADING the next 11 months with this company. The people who work in the leasing office are incredibly understaffed which leads to substandard customer service. By all means, perform your due diligence and shop around before settling for a lease here. I'm contemplating breaking mine already.
