Sold me a BROKEN open sign today. The chain to turn it on was wrapped many times around tightly, which seemed odd, but I trusted the company because when they turned it on at the store and it worked. They made a big to-do about how there was no refunds on neon signs. Also they wouldn't write a receipt for me unless I paid tax on it.

So I have a sign which cannot be turned off. I have to unplug it to turn it off.
KARMA will catch up to these people. Also were not flexible on the price at all.
