This place is terrible!!! Don't go!! Employees are unprofessional and rude!!!
My husband turned in about 10 dress shirts and when I went to pick them up the total was over $60!!!! So I politely said, "oh there must be some kind of mistake". The scruffy woman who smelled of cigarettes barked back, "there's no mistake!" So I again asked well it just doesn't add up...so the she explained that 4 of the shirts were linen so they charge $7.20 for those. They never told us that when we dropped them off that they were going to charge $7.20 per item. Then while still there I examined the shirts & 2 of them had stains all over the front of them. Long story short...they never tried to work with me, offer a discount....nothing!! No customer service at all!!! NEVER GOING BACK!
