Review #095 - 2017
We showed up on Monday night, May 1st, around 11 PM and asked for a table for five, three adults and two babies.
The place was pretty much empty except for one other table who were getting ready to finish up and leave. We had the whole place to ourselves so our food was made pretty quickly.
We started off with a few different rolls and nigiris. I'm more of the sashimi eater, but my friends were more into the specialty rolls so it made it a little difficult to share with them so we ended up ordering a bunch of separate items.
I think my personal favorite would have to be the super white. It was very tasty, plus the fact that there's no rice was a bonus. I ordered 3 orders which consisted of 3 pieces per order. I think I ate 2 orders to myself.
The bacon scallop skewers were also tasty. Even my 1-year old daughter had a bite and didn't spit it out. She also enjoyed a few strands of noodles from the udon noodle soup, which I thought the broth was kind of salty.
The screaming orgasm did not live up to its name at all. I think they must have misnamed it because I was not feeling the orgasm. Sorry, TMI! Glad they limited it to just one order per person because I would've been greedy & ordered more just because of the name. Haha
The salmon skin hand roll was really dry so I took quite a while to finish it, but everything else that I ordered was good.
The food is probably a 3.5 at best, but I bumped it up to a 4.5 because our waitress was the best that I'd ever encountered. She was super friendly and accommodating. I don't think I've ever met anyone who's so good at doing their job. Sadly, I didn't get her name.
