The good news first - I good my ticked refunded! The bad news - it took about 5 months :( I'd estimate I probably spent about 6 hours on the phone trying to get my money back. Never actually spoke to someone in the refunds department - you can't - I don't think they have one - seriously - they just have a fax # and an e-mail address. Good Luck if you're trying to get a refund. I hope your experience was better than mine. I will say a few of the customer reps I spoke with seemed to really want to help me - and seemed slightly frustrated at the corporate systems they were were working with in - so this did provide a little bit of relief from the massive frustration that I experienced. It's just sad to me that I was treated like crap. I will go out of my way not to fly US Airways if possible in the future. F- for customer service. And one last point - I went online and filled out a customer complaint about this issue on their website - never heard anything back - which tells me they just don't care - why even give your customers an outlet to complain if you don't even care enough to respond to them? That's just INSANE!
