I visited this location April 25th, wrote them this email the next day and no response. Hello, I am writing to share a very negative experience at your castlefield location yesterday around 2:45 pm. I walked in and there was only one other customer in the store, two employees were out front and not one of them acknowledged me. I walked around and saw that the Bentley trike was something new and I was interested in purchasing it. I go up to the front and ask the lady how much it is, she says $499, and nothing more. I waited around wondering when they will be done with the ONE other customer but after 5 minutes I decided that they don't even deserve my sale and I can buy it online somewhere else instead (FYI it's I felt very much ignored and unappreciated as a customer. The two ladies working were both blonde with fuzzy hair, one with glasses and fat, the other was slightly less heavy looking and younger. Those two are doing nothing for your business but losing sales. They should realize that a guest coming in to spend money shouldn't be ignored for a guest who is returning items from her registry. If I were the store owner I would let them both go and hire proper, more presentable salespeople. If that is the owner ( I sincerely hope not), she doesn't deserve to run a business. People go there knowing that they are paying a premium, I think that in itself comes with an expectation that they will receive great customer service.
