I've been coming here for the past year or so probably 1-2 times during the work week to get a quick bagel and coffee on my way to the office. The location is super convenient for me, but lately I've found that their process could be MUCH more efficient. You order at one place, pay at another, then everyone waits in a really awkward herd by the counter for their order. I feel like I'm ALWAYS in the way of the coffee/drink station. It's just poor planning.
The 3 stars are for their sundried tomato cream cheese (yum) and good coffee. Also the service is always friendly.
