been a loyal customer for a couple of years. tried for 5 hours to get someone to answer the phone....finally left a message still couldn't get a call back. really needed a massage...will never use elements and this location again. you guys stink...642pm...still haven't received a call back that the message promised in 1 hour........WTH?? why won't anyone answer the phone is my big question? you guys are a pretty shitty business. NEVER USE ELEMENTS ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION.
oh and PS...I've sent more customers to them then they will ever know. As some who is an ambassador for scottsdale I'll be certain not to send them your way.
