Several years ago, i had a particularly bad experience with an oral surgeon that had operated on me and put posts in my gums in preparation for a tooth implant. I knew something was wrong and the oral surgeon kept indicating that everything was OK. I was in extreme pain and didn't know what to do. My son plays tennis with Dr. Ito and he suggested that I go see him and see what he thought. Dr Ito said he couldn't do anything, but a fellow dentist, who is a Periodontist, should see me. So, Dr Ito's office called Dr Fitzgerald and he saw me immediately and proceeded to remove the implants that were placed to deep and were touching a nerve. This was on a Friday and both Dr. Ito and Dr Fitzgerald's families were scheduled to go away for the weekend, but postponed their trip long enough to care for me. This is a dentist (actually they both are dentists) who care deeply about their patients. What better recommendation can you give to someone that goes above and beyond the call of duty. I will be a patient of both FOREVER. PLUS, all of their staff are as caring and concerned about the patients as each of the dentists.
