Used to use their service 2~3 times a month when they first opened. Now I will never set my foot in this place.
Puts glossy grease all over my A6 interior leather. Asked the owner to fix their mistake and ends up damaging my steering wheel leather and shrugs.
Wanting to give a local business second chance, brought RX350 but looses an interior trim piece. When I brought it to their attention, unless I can prove they have lost it, they won't take responsibility.
Their wash process puts swirl marks after repeated use. Manny will give you some bullshit about how their machine is superior to touchless, but make no mistake they will end up scratching your paint after awhile.
Now I'm making sure all of my friends and neighbours to stop using this place. Danny's is only a short drive away.
